The movements come naturally. Simple and without choreography, everyone learns to dance without even realizing it. In addition to burning calories through intense exercise
it is also a very fun way to spend the calories.

Jombolo courses are for everyone, male or female, athlete or not, for those who want to dance or just to spend some energy.

 

The exercises are simple and require no special technique.

The sequence of dance moves and fitness exercises, such as the jumping jacks, squats and abdominal exercises, support the burning of calories.
